The main dashboard screen provides a quick overview of your company settings and the Admins associated with it.
On the left side you have a quick view of the company settings detailing the company name, number of allowed devices, number of allowed clock users (technicians) and other settings like pin control and Autowork integration.
Providing you are a super admin you can edit and adjust these as you like.
This is your company name as you would like it to appear when an email is sent from the application.
Job start is the starting number of the oldest job number that you would like to be available to your technicians to clock on to, As a suggestion you should use the first job number you will use on the first day using TechTime.
The odd older job number that's been hanging around can be quickly added if needed in the jobs section Add link to jobs section
This is the number of extra job numbers to make available after a successful clocking.
Let say you start at job number 330 and your jobs ahead is set to 10 that means that any job number between 330 and 340 are available to clock onto for your techs, each time a valid job is clocked onto the number of available jobs will increase to 10 beyond the highest valid number used. This helps keep the number of valid jobs down preventing the wrong number being accidentally used.
When toggled to on, the system will activate some additional features designed to work together with Autowork online and our Chrome extension.

The API key is a secure key code used to identify our chrome extension for Autowork online, the key ensures that the chrome extension can communicate with TechTime and that the data arrives at the correct company. Changing the api key will disable any previously paired TechTime extensions until the new key is added to the extensions settings.
The right hand sections shows all the company admins, if you are logged in as a super admin you can edit admins and promote admins. A super admin can also invite new admins to join the company using the invite admins link.
