Setting Up

In order to get started with the service you first need to register for an account on our application server TechTime

Registration is simple but does require you to confirm your email address before you can sign in.
If for any reason you do not receive the conformation email please check your spam folder or whitelist support@techtime.org.uk

Logging In

Once you have confirmed your email address you will be automatically logged in to the service

Initially you will not be able to do a great deal because you do not yet belong to a company, so lets begin by creating a new company.
Enter the details for your company and click create.

The system will then build the additional databased for your company and once complete you can access the dashboard.

Adding Admins

It maybe that you have other staff that need to access the dashboard area, to do this you can invite additional admins from the control panel.
Enter their name and email into the form and an email will be sent to them with a special link allowing them to accept your invitation.

Adding Technicians

You will next need to add all of your technicians to the clocks system. This is done one at a time and each can be adjusted later if need be.

Adding Devices

In order for your technicians to clock in and out and on and off activities you will need to set up some clocks(devices), this is done from the clocks section.
