Job Clockings

To see the clockings logged against any job, enter the job number in the Job Clockings box and the clockings will be displayed.
The display will show each time a technician has clocked on to this job detailing the start and end time, the date and the duration handily converted to hours.
Each Technicians hours are totalled for you together with an overall time.

At the bottom of the report each tech can be awarded an amended total based on the actual hours you were able to charge for the work they have done, the clocked totals are pre-filled so if there are no changes simply hit the close button to complete the job and remove it from the clocks or amend the time and then close.

Closing jobs once they are invoiced removes them from the clocks and helps build a picture of how many hours for each tech are sold compared to how many they take on jobs.

Add Job From Outside Scope

Use this to make a job number available to the clocks that has fallen outside of the normal scope, this might be an old job number that is lower than the starting job number or if an unusual number of jobs have been created today and your tech happens to bo be doing a job that has a high number first.

Typing in the number and clicking add make this job number available to all clocks instantly.

View Open Jobs

This feature loads a list of all jobs on the system that have not been closed off, the list also shows if the job has ever been clocked on to and if it was created by the system or by Autowork online.

Reactivate Completed Job

From time to time you may need to re activate a previously completed job so that it can be clocked on to again or perhaps to adjust the hours awarded. To do this simply enter the job number in the box and hit reactivate.
